Binks Century guns have been tested and proven to emit monomer at or below the levels predicted in equations per EPA guidelines. Binks Century LEL spray guns are available in multiple configurations including external mix gel coat, external mix chopper and a new internal mix wet out. All Century guns feature one-touch flush for ease of cleaning along with a cartridge needle and seat assembly that changes out in less than five minutes.
Innovative engineering plus premium materials and construction have resulted in the new design of Binks Century resin and catalyst pump. Providing optimal service life with fewer repairs, its AX motor has a magnetic detent which operates stall-free — and can run without lubrication. Quick-connect couplings and adapter plate mounting of subs makes change-out fast and easy. Sub-assemblies and non-adjustable u-cup seals are simple and quick to rebuild.
