Binks Equalizer™ Systems are two-component pumping, metering, and mixing systems designed to apply the acid-catalyzed wash coats, sealers, and top coats used in wood furniture finishing. Binks Equalizer™ is capable of adjusting catalyst ratios from .75 to 7%, with operating pressures up to 1,000 psi( 68 bar ). Mixed material is flushed from the system through the mix manifold in one step using less solvent than other tanks.
